Terms and Conditions

1.1 The App is exclusively for registered medical practitioners holding a valid license from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the Kerala State Medical Council (KSMC).

1.2 Hospitals utilizing the App must be legally registered and licensed as per Kerala government regulations.

2.1 The App facilitates job opportunities for doctors in hospitals in Kerala.

2.2 Doctors cannot work in any hospital through the App without the App's direct facilitation and agreement.

2.3 Doctors cannot continue working in the same hospital without the App's mediation.

3.1 Users are prohibited from accepting employment in hospitals listed in the App without entering into agreements through the App.

3.2 Violations of this condition may result in penalties, termination of App access, and legal proceedings.

4.1 The App provides insurance coverage for medical negligence claims only when doctors are engaged through the App and in compliance with all agreed-upon terms.

4.2 The insurance coverage does not extend to negligence claims arising from work done outside the App's agreements.

4.3 In the event of an allegation of medical negligence, the doctor must cooperate fully with any investigation initiated by the hospital, legal authorities, or the App administrators.

4.4 The App reserves the right to revoke or deny insurance coverage in cases of fraudulent claims or gross misconduct.

5.1 The App is an intermediary and is not liable for any medical negligence, misconduct, or disputes between hospitals and doctors.

5.2 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their employment through the App.

5.3 Hospitals agree to provide a safe and legally compliant working environment for doctors.

6.1 The App collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

6.2 User data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7.1 The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's account in case of:

• a) Breach of these Terms.
• b) Misrepresentation of credentials.
• c) Any illegal or unethical conduct.

7.2 Users can terminate their accounts by providing written notice. However, obligations under employment contracts facilitated through the App shall remain valid.

9.1 The App reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice to Users.

9.2 Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
